Our firm will perform an audit of financial statements that will provide the user with the opinion as to whether or not the financial statements are presented fairly, in all material respects, and in conformity with the applicable financial reporting framework.

Agreed-Upon Procedures

Our firm will perform agreed-upon procedures when a client needs a subject matter independently verified by a third party. The other parties to the engagement, along with our team, will agree upon the procedures to be performed. We do not express an opinion or provide assurance, instead, we report the procedures performed and any findings discovered during the engagement.
